okay so with the T-2 movie special edition you can take a pic of your self and with CD-rom make yourself half terminator preety cool i think unfortanatly i do not have a CD-ROM drive so i can not do this

Is the military channel a TV channel?
And you definitely do not require a CD-ROM drive to make those pix, but I am very surprised that your computer does not have one. They've been a standard component of computers for years...

Then the original software loading it into the computer or the driver (also software) is corrupted. It can also be hardware, such as the Motherboard.
