(I deleted my original RP on here... Upon being asked, I promised I'd get something up over the weekend of Winter break. Well, here it is. Just make sure you PM me with whatever profile you plan on using. Preferably, type literately... Et cetera, et cetera.)
On the edge of the outer rim of known space hovers a sole planet. The planet has been there for longer than any known planet, longer than Earth. So long, in fact, that no life can grow there. It is all desert due to such, seeming to stretch on forever. Mountains as old as the planet itself have risen up, as well as been sanded down through time.
The planet is far from the star it orbits. So far that its temperature is always below freezing, nearing zero at most times. There is very little light to provide any warmth... Any water that could exist is frozen. It does not rain or snow, it hails.
Species of all types were surprised to find that humans were creating bases on the planet. It didn't even seem sane. Yautja decided to attempt clearing the humans off the planet, but their signal was lost after a day. The last broadcast stated that they had crashed by some unknown force, and all humans all appeared to be missing. Screams and yells ensued, and then the signal was lost.
Now, the Yautja have been angered, and so they summoned beings of different kinds, whatever was brave enough-- Or insane enough-- to join in the mission. Their mission? To find the downed ship, discover the fate of the crew, as well as the humans, and lastly: Destroy the threat that made them go missing.

A huge object sat in front of a temple on the side of a mountain. It was dark, blackened and charred from years of battle and passing through atmospheres. Along its hull were characters that had long since faded away, made up of dashes, lines, and symbols... Yautja in origin. It was definitely Yautja letters, meaning it was a Yautja ship. The letters read "Thei-de Ki its-pa," which meant "Death Spear" in Yautja. This was a warrior's ship.
A dark figure sat on the ramp of the ship. Its body was just as black as the hull of the ship it sat on due to its attire... Dark, blackened metal that hid the most vital areas of its body. Spikes extended from certain areas of its body, which were stained with a faint red color due to years of use. The rest of its body was covered in chains to protect it from blades, and netting that served many more purposes... Such as invisibility and heat. Cloths hung from his belt, Giving it the effect of a warrior from long ago. Its overall appearance was similar to an Ooman celtic-like style.
It stood slowly, crossing its arms. It was huge, nearly nine feet in height. Even through the chains and armor, its muscular body was clearly shown. Even the marks that riddled into body into a collection of scars were clearly shown. Further wounds were hidden by his armor, as his right femoral was destroyed down to the bone, now nothing more than prosthetics that he had made himself. From head to toe, its body told a tale of many battles over many years... It was a warrior, and a good one at that. It was a veteran of many battles that none could even remotely imagine, of wars that would make many cringe in fear... Of victories after all of them. It was a Yautja, alright. A huge male Yautja.
Long dreadlocks seemed to shroud quite a bit of his body. The ones in front came down to the base of his belt, the ones in back falling below his waist. Their once pitch black color had long since faded to a smoke grey, a testament to his age. The rings that encircled each one stood out due to being much darker than the dreadlocks themselves.
He ran a hand over his face, which was just as scarred as his body. His face was a testament to his warrior-like physique. His upper right mandible was gone, shattered right down to the base. The right side of his face was completely scarred by acid, having been coated when a fool decided to not follow instructions. The mark of his old Clan adorned his forehead, having been there for years... Things such as scars were common for Yautja. Missing mandibles were not... Neither was the most menacing effect of his appearance. The red glow of his metal, cybernetic left eye... The one that had been destroyed by a grenade.
He had been assigned to the task of being part of the new mission, and was now waiting for the people who had also agreed to it. He was already prepared for the task at hand, so all he had to do was let the group come together.

I am Adorna, an ancient being, who will accompany Stone Heart on this mission. To join his group I materialised at the site of future departure as this is my usual method of travel. As a being I am 10' tall, thin, and ghost-like in appearance (so others can recognise me).
Defense: Modified standard armor which is less heavy and much more durable than the regular stuff; Wind Projector; Magnetic field projector;
Weapons: A sword that can double in length, become very hot, and shoot a grappling hook; A standard combat staff and a fancy new spear set which has tips that eject;
Abilities: Telepathic, mind control; Speaks the languages of the universe; Ability to heal; Knowledgeable about foods and plants that are edible or can be used for healing; Extremely malleable and can move by "flowing"; Can dematerialise and materialise at will (along with anything she is touching at the moment;

Stone Heart turned his upper body to face Adorna. The wind kicked up briefly, blowing the tattered cloths that draped from his belt, as well as his long dreadlocks. It made him look like he had come straight out of a comic-book. His overall stance, his build-up, and the wind affecting his apparel. It looked ridiculously comic-like.
His cybernetic eye gave a brief scan, and he nodded. "I hope you brought all the weapons and gear you need. If you didn't, we might have a problem," he stated. That was his version of a hello whenever a mission was a hand. He was still in disbelief that Adorna was taller than he was. It just seemed... Not possible to him. He was huge, as it was, he didn't even know how it was possible for anything to reach ten feet in height.
He shook his head, a faint smile crossing his face. He unhooked his bio-helmet from his belt, then attatched it to his face. He began a full system scan to make sure everything was fully functional. He cracked his neck, watching the numbers roll by. "We can leave once anybody else who plans on showing up... Shows up."

Arriving next is Eet who is also an ancient being. Eet currently exists in a mutant catlike body and has the traits of the feline species, as well as some of her own. Eet is very lithe and flexible, has extremely fine hearing, and a catlike sixth sense of impending danger; she also has flexibility, dextrous paws which work like hands, intelligence, cleverness.
Eet acquired the following weapons: Eet was given a set of two daggers by another player (which Eet throws telekinetically) and an interesting gun which can be telekinetically fired, by a second player. Eet has bought these weapons: electronic disruptor and a medium-duty tranquilizer gun; Wind Projector which functions to keep particles (regardless of size), temperatures, and weapons from touching Eet's body. The WP must be turned on for it to be in use. It will automatically turn off if Eet has been unmoving for 1/2 hour or more and the user must turn it on again. (This is a safety feature so another player can administer medical care, for example). Magnetic field projector (Eet has to study it carefully)
Abilities: Telepathy, prescience, the ability to influence another's thoughts and perceptions of reality, likeable, appeals to other life forms, senses imminent danger and the motivations of others. Telekinesis. On one of the raids when the group was looking for Forerunner artifacts Eet found a large cache. One of the artifacts has the ability to boost mental "powers". Eet can now locate items/persons by "feeling" their presence. "Prescience" is the ability to sense what is about to happen in life.
What Eet has acquired which enhance her abilities: 1. Hologram Projector that Eet can load telepathically; 2. Alien Artifacts (two necklaces and two vases) which allow Eet to A. Wearing one necklace allows Eet to "Beam" herself around; B. One of the necklaces is attracted to Forerunner sources of energy and will physically pull the wearer closer to it. C. One vase renews lost life force (heals injuries through the channeling of life-force energy) D. Eet gave the second vase to Adorna and it: has the ability to shrink things by removng the space between atoms.

"That's three for three," Stone Heart stated. "Since you two were the only ones who actually agreed to join the mission, we can get the show on the road." He walked up the ramp into his ship, the dull lights of the room making it an eerie orange metal. There were several computers, four on each side, the only seats appearing to be benches that had been modified to be more chair-like, similar to that of a drop-ship, so that one could strap themself in. This was the main hold of the ship.
All the other doors of the room were closed and locked. He made his way toward a door behind him, on the left side of the room. He ran his finger across a certain point in the wall, and a console flipped out just above the point. He entered a code, and the door slid open. This room only had two seats, a whole load of computer, and one big window in front of it. It was the cockpit.
He sat down in the seat, then pulled on the cross-buckles. He connected them with the seat, then began flipping numerous switches, pressing many buttons, and pulling a few levers. "Alright. Everybody get in, sit down, and strap yourself in so that you don't end up being smeared across the wall when we take off. I don't plan on wasting any time until we have time to waste."

"Hello, Eet," Stone Heart began. "Welcome aboard the Thei-de Ki its-pa, you two. The ship that's seen more firefights than an Ooman veteran." He smiled his devious grin that he got when he knew there would be a lot of fighting. "Well, that's good to know. Not really sure as to what we'll encounter, but I'm hoping that it will go better than most of the missions I go on," Stone Heart replied. "Most of the time I get left to the clean up crew job, getting rid of the messes made other species. Predalien Queens, diseases, hellspawn, mechs, Bad Bloods... Well, there's plenty more. But I think that's a long enough list to say I'm disaster-bound. If all goes well, I'll be surprised. But, simple fact is that this is already an equation for disaster. Abandoned, middle of nowhere planet that cannot sustain life, plus Mothership in the area that goes down for no apparent reason, equals a big, long, endless fight of a disaster for those who go on the mission." He gave a silent laugh, because it was always true.
"I hope you two are brave. This may be a life-threatening situation," he said. He was hoping it wouldn't end up being like that. He needed a break from all that. But he wouldn't get that break, he was sure of that. He was never surprised when something bad happened. It was a matter of expecting the unexpected. And if the unexpected was expected, then what was there to expect? Not much. Except maybe the way he worded that in his mind. That was something you could never expect. "So, everybody strapped in?"

(T-1000 - I have been waiting for you to be online so I could invite you to come. If you want to join I have a teleporter and could bring you over, either post or PM me that you want to join)
Eet: READY! (Eet is prescient and is unlikely to be too terribly surprised although it is possible)
Eet brought some food and drink supplies and could use some help finding the galley and loading them into the refrigeration unit.

Stone Heart, upon seeing that Eet brought food and other such supplies, curled his hand into a fist, and brought it up a small distance from the dashboard of the ship, then brought it back down onto the metal, a brief ping sounding as his fist connected with the console. He had already been strapped in, which was why he did that. He wasn't mad at all, but he hated taking the time to strap himself in. Maybe I'll install some sort of auto-buckle...
He brought his hands over to the clamps, then pulled on them. The straps, now unhooked, were sent past his face and over his shoulders as they were reeled back in. His seat rotated so that he wouldn't have to deal with being smashed into the console as he stood, making it so he could not get out. Much easier to turn the seat around than to have to deal with that. He stood, then walked through the doorway of the cockpit and into the main hold. "Right this way, Eet."
He took a few steps toward the back of the room, then turned left. It was a dead end, being just a small space between a wall to the left from one door on his right. He faced the left wall, the same one that appeared to be nothing more than a wall, running his finger over a certain point. A console flipped open, and he keyed in another code. The wall suddenly slid down, under the floor. He did that for safety reasons, it made it easier in case of any fights on his ship.
The room behind the door was small. It appeared to be nothing more than many cupboards. They all had different purposes. Meat storage, vegetable storage, package storage, freezers, refrigerators, or microwave-like ovens. He opened up multiple ones for those which Eet had, and shrugged. The whole thing seemed to be stocked, apart from a few. He always got stranded on planets, and he was tired of having to starve due to it.
"After this, we must take off, lives are on the line. We have no time to waste," he said in a matter-of-factly voice. He wasn't one to normally take no time at all to get what he needed done finished, but he only took his time when he knew there was nothing left with a time limit involved. Which was why he seemed impatient now. Because a time limit was involved. And he had stated they needed to strap themselves in twice. "So, the instant this gets finished, we need to all sit down and strap ourselves in. Alright?"

Eet, who is in an alien form not her own, requires great sustenance to maintain it and HATES being hungry. Eet is quite surprised to see that the organiser of the expedition has such a well-stocked larder. "Never know with these males, that's for sure, apparently this one can make a plan", Eet carefully thinks to herself so as not to project her private thoughts.
Since Eet is capable of hunting game on her own she only has high sustenance foods in tubes which are suitable for space flight. Some of the tubes are high-energy drink which is chemically balanced. Eet has a whole load of them, enough for everyone, and because they are concentrates they require little room and no refrigeration. Seeing a good-sized cupboard which seems empty Eet puts the tubes in.
Turning to StoneHeart, Eet asks him where her cabin might be located as she rides in a hammock-type sling during takeoffs, landings, and sleep. Eet has the hammock with her and just needs to sling it to the walls, which she can do without damaging the ship.

Stone Heart nodded, then walked out of the storage room. He turned to the second blank wall, running his finger over yet another point. No console flipped open. But instead, the door simply slid down, revealing a long, narrow hallway, in which his shoulders were mere inches from the walls, and his head being a foot's distance from the ceiling. Eet, however, being a smaller being, would have no trouble getting through.
After a few seconds, he reached the end of the hallway, which opened up into a much wider hallway. There were multiple doors, Numbering fourteen. He walked toward the nearest one, running his hand over another spot. "I won't bother hiding this particular console if people are going to be walking in and out," he said as he typed in his code. His dreadlocks hung in his face as he did such, since he always had to look down to do it. The door slid open, and he handed a piece of paper to Eet. "The code for this door in particular will be on that paper." The paper read: 7ahK-mN47-0109er
"The characters will have to be in Yautja, though. For that purpose, I also wrote the way the characters in Yautja. If you can match them up, you can open the door," he said. He gestured toward the room. It was simple enough. There were bunk beds, bathrooms, a closet to store gear in, and a single small window just to the left of the bed, which could let the viewer see outside the ship. "Is it much? No. Not really. But it's only for practical purposes. This is the... Starboard dormitory area, room number three. Now, the flight'll only take a few hours. But the initial takeoff will be... Less than peaceful. This thing can travel over the speed of sound. I'll leave you to put up your hammock, unless you decide you want to use the beds. They're rock hard, if you ask me, but I'm used to it. Comfort isn't exactly... Natural to me. Pfft, I never even have time to sleep. But you and Adorna, you might not be able to take these slabs." As he spoke, he kicked the bed with the tip of his foot. He shook his head. "I'll leave you to it, then. If you want to open the door, it's the green button. If you want to close it, the red one. I'm heading back to the cockpit, unless you need something else." [post made bold by staff]
