"Very well.", Kei-Lin said to his friend and customer. "There's a signaling device arriving which jams electric and radio frequencies... Does that interest you?"

At that moment the delivery truck pulled up. The driver walked in and handed Kei a package, which he opened and pulled out a mini-computer with a wave duplicator on the top. "This directs the signal back to where it came from, causing malfunctions to other beings' equipment.", he explained.

Adorna is fortunate enough to be present at that exact moment. Interesting! "I'll take one", says Adorna to Kei-Lin.

"All right... That'll be 15 gold pieces, please.", Kei-Lin said before handing it over.

Adorna walked in the door again, saying Where is that Kei-Lin? I want to go adventuring and require some new gear!

Kei-lin happily offered Adorna the wave duplicator he was in the process of selling to Eet. "Does this interest you?", he asked her.

[/]HEY!!! that is my wave duplicator![/i] Eet quickly hands over another 15 GPs, takes up her merchandise, and skidaddles to Lara's ship by teleporting herself. Eet gathers her other gear and power food tubes on the way.

Adorna quickly speaks up. "Do you have another wave duplicator?" she says as she hands over 15GPs for the prior purchase.
Adorna is not very happy to have the quick-witted Eet beat her to the purchase.

"You're in luck, because indeed I do have one.", Kei-Lin said, putting the GPs in the safe with his left hand while using his right hand to reach onto a shelf next to him and take down another wave duplicator. He set the wave duplicator on the counter in front of Adorna, shut the safe and locked it, then straightened up to look at her. "Combat staffs are 50% off, as are daggers.", he offered. "New shipments are coming in soon, so I have to sell some old stuff..."

Some Vampires Come in Wanting Stake Resistant Armor and some High Power Sun Screen so they don't burn..............Much and Lara has Made the T-Virus (eventhough it turns humans into zombies when they die or mutate them when injected)

Kei-Lin gazed at Adorna with a thoughtful expression. "There are several varieties.", he said, with a slight gesture at the wall to the right, which was lined with many types of combat staff. "Do you want beginner, practice, standard, acid-resistant, deflective, electric, temperature-changing, advanced, advanced features, advanced weight-shift, adventurer specialty, deluxe...?" It then occurred to the weapons specialist that Adorna likely wouldn't know what any of that meant. While Kei-Lin was a weapons specialist, Adorna was a healer and probably had only basic training when it came to weapons.... He began giving her a better explanation. "Beginner combat staffs are very simple.", he explained. "Standard is a step up from beginner. Practice is a bit heavier, to give the user some strength training as they gain experience using a combat staff... The acid-resistant staff is quite light and easily usable, and the deflective one has a fascinating molecular structure which enables it to redirect the impact and fling whatever strikes it back at the opponent..." The Yautja cut short his verbal tour of weapons selection as the vampires walked in and placed their requests. "Stake resistant armor is relatively simple.", he said while taking quick note of their approximate measurements and removing some armor made from the same deflective material used for the combat staffs. He set the armor on the counter in front of the vampires. "This material has a unique molecular structure which causes anything which hits it to be redirected back where it came from... however, due to the fact that it's new, it will cost you quite a bit." He went to the basement and into the back room where the chemical storage was to get the sunblock for them. As he entered, Kei-Lin noticed a shiny, blue substance apparently spilled on the floor by a reckless assistant. Much to his frustration, the Armory owner found that it seemed to spread over a wider surface area when he tried to mop it up... Growing impatient, he grabbed a claw-styled scraper from a nearby shelf and attempted to scrape the material off the floor. What happened next caught him off-guard - The scraper was jerked out of his hand and flung at him by the strange substance, scratching flesh from his chest and one arm. Kei-Lin roared loudly at the fact that not only did he have to somehow remove the strange chemical, he also had to clean the neon green blood which was dripping slowly from his wounds and making a bigger mess on the floor. "I do not have time for this!", he snarled, hoping that it wasn't loud enough to be heard upstairs. In a hurry, he grabbed a dirty cleaning rag and draped it over his shoulder, covering the scratches on his chest. The weapons specialist would simply have to hope that no one noticed the scratches running along his arm as he grabbed the bottle of sunblock and carried it back upstairs. What the heck was that chemical stuff??, he wondered as he went through the routine actions of pushing the sunblock and armor toward the group of vampires and asking them for 45 gold pieces. It could have been the evolved form of the redirector material... Did that stuff react with something in the air? It then occurred to him that Adorna could be reading his unprofessional thoughts, and he immediately began concentrating on a math problem instead. "So, have you decided which type of combat staff interests you?", he asked, still concentrating very hard on the math problem.

Eet makes the mistake of walking in at that moment, sees the mess, and hears Kei-Lin's diatribe. See ya tomorrow, dude! Perhaps you will have cleaned the floor by then!
