Robocop looked at Kei-Lin for help. "You might consider getting servo-boy, here, to stop trying to collect money I don't owe", he said, pointing at Terminator. Robocop was sick of Terminator jumping out of small spaces and attacking and was sick of how Terminator looked, like it took him no effort at all to do that stuff!
Robocop liked being more advanced, ut there were times when being extremely efficient like Terminator would have been more efficient.
Robocop decided Kei-Lin wasnt going to do anything, so Robocop got up and picked up the couch, and threw it into the opposite wall. Then he snatched a plasma rifle out of Kei's hand and fired at Terminator.

" 'Servo-boy'?", Terminator said. "Look who's talking. You whir all night and all day, and wake up entire neighborhoods, but I'm a servo-boy."
Right then, the plasma rifle fired. Terminator ducked and the plasma blast blew out a window. "You should seriously consider being upgraded", he said.
Kei-Lin groaned. He would probably have to pay the bill when Lara saw what had happened... Suddenly, he decided it - was - ENOUGH!!!!
Kei-Lin let out a fierce roar and jumped up, slamming Robocop into the ground. Kei-Lin pulled out a Maul and severed Robocop's left arm in one quick slash, then he put the Maul away and extended his wristblades, which he held about 4 inches from Robocop's face. "I'm going to tell you something", Kei-Lin said. "You don't treat friends like this. This is someone else's house; someone else's stuff that you throw around. And i you don't clean it, right now, I'm going to decapitate you and leave you here as a pile of parts. Maybe Terminator can sell your remains for scrap. So, I suggest you clean this up!"
Kei-Lin let out a long, low, clicking growl, focusing intently on Robocop, in a gaze he knew the humans referred to as the Hunter's Look. Hopefully, he would make Robocop fear him, enough to force Robocop into obeying his every command.
Kei-Lin backed away slowly, but kept his wristblades extended, and his fist clenched. He dragged Robocop to his feet. "Clean this mess. Right now, you hunk of malfunctioning junk", he said, and pushed Robocop forward and against the remains of the sofa.

Robocop got up and put the couch back in place. "I don't take orders from you!", he said to Kei. "I take orders from Skynet now!"
With that, Robocop pulled out a gun and shot Kei-Lin three times, except that the first two times the stupid bullets only rebound off Kei's armor and hit Terminator, who only seemed to absorb them like a dirty sponge. "Too efficient!", Robocop said to Terminator as the third bullet hit Kei in the abdomen.

Terminator didn't pay any attention at all to the firing gun or the bullets. "Robocop, stop this", he said. "You're going to draw a lot of atention to Skynet, and the human invaders will attack again"
Kei-Lin, meanwhile, ducked into a closet and pulled out his Medikit. He cauterized the wound and washed the blood off the floor. Then he noticed he was running short on supplies. He would have to stop y the Medical Facility and buy another Medikit later...
But for now, Kei-Lin just wanted to get out of the closet, so he stood up, opened the door, and stepped out. He noticed that Robocop had his back turned to him, so Kei-Lin moved silently along the floor. When he got close enough, he extended his wristblades and thrust his fist forward in one smooth motion, aiming to impale Robocop. I'll teach you to shoot at me, you giant noisemaker, Kei-Lin thought as the wristblades extended.

Robocop stepped to the side and Kei went off-balance. "You're such an amateur!", Robocop said and punched Kei in the chest, shattering most of the preds ribs on the left side of his body.

Adorna comes to Lara's house hoping to talk with StoneHeart. StoneHeart is nowhere to be found and the place is a wreck. Adorna sees Kei-Lin in full battle rage and hears his thoughts about stopping by the Medical Facility and picking up a Medikit. Adorna shoots a thought to Eet so that she can have one ready.
Adorna leaves by the front door, intending to go to Eet and Kei-Lin's place. Adorna hopes StoneHeart will visit there.

Stone Heart had since unsheathed his sword, his face twisted into a scowl. If Kei-lin and his machine couldn't handle this, he'd fix the problem himself. He held the sword above his head, his mechanical eye targetting exactly where he wanted to hit. Pierce him. he thought for a moment. His blade glowed a bright yellow, then orange as the red glint of the blade and yellow color clashed.
What happened next was all in a flash. Robocop would be stuck in place due to what Stone Heart had just done. A piece of metal had skewered Robocop through several limbs. The metal ended a foot away from Robocop, going through his forearm, both legs directly through the thigh, and his other forearm. It continued to trail back to its source, which was far past the door, in a different room.
The metal ended just behind Stone Heart, in his right hand which he had held just behind his head to be exact. It connected at the guard of his sword, totally ending at the end of the hilt... The sword had stretched at least thirty feet. It was an amazing sight to behold, as the sword did not seem to have changed form in any way other than length. It didn't seem to be a telescoping blade, so what was it that made the metal stretch... And furthermore, not break?
Return. The blade pulled itself back through Robocop, through the door, and back out to Stone Heart until it returned to its normal length. It stopped glowing, returning to its ancient, rusty old sword look. After a moment, he turned the blade so that he had it in reverse grip, then jammed it into its sheath. "I didn't want to do that," he said, his scowl disappearing. "But you left me no choice."

HEY! What did I do?
Terminator? are you maybe interested in becoming my personal technician? Then you can deal with weasels like this!!!!!!

"I am not a technician", Terminator said. "I was promoted months ago, so why you continue to try to convince me to become your personal technician, I will never know. But, as you perhaps expect me to say, I can repair you for 30,000 gold pieces and no lower"
Kei-Lin snickered to himself. Terminator had once been a technician and very good at it. Now, he spent most of his time tinkering with hydraulic systems, upgrading them. And charging the other machines unreasonably high prices for repair. Being the only one skilled enough to do that sort of technical work must be convenient. Terminator could get away with charging anyone any prices!
Kei-Lin, himself, was a weapons specialist. He was an expert at it, but didn't think he was good enough to fix something as advanced - and as annoying - as Robocop... Kei-Lin had heard the rumors of what happened in Terminator's repair shops and multiple fix-it stations, and none of what Robocop did during the repair process seemed particularly pleasant - things like getting up and walking off in the middle of repairs, and teleporting away without paying the bills. Eh, whatever, Terminator has to fix him, not me", Kei-Lin thought, then roared loudly as he set his broken ribs. Keeping his mind off the pain, his next thought was, I just do the damage. Terminator does the repair. He grinned to himself at the idea; he was a weapons specialist, and his partner was an Admiral Technical Advisor and Mechanical Systems Engineer. Not what you expected!
Kei-Lin gave a final, low growl and finished setting his ribs. Then he considered what he could build that would be most effective against Robocop...
He left to go back to the Armory and start building it.

Stone Heart sat down on the floor, his swords clattering as they hit. "Well, you lack an arm, considering Kei-lin cut it off, and you're not going anywhere anytime soon due to the damage I inflicted to your motors," he said. He wished he had something to drink, calm his always shot nerves. Of course, it had long since lost its effect. He just wished it worked. All it did was give him a reason to act like a smartass all day.
He could actually, in all possibility, repair Robocop. He had spent a few months working on a machine of his own. If he was asked to repair him, he probably wouldn't be able to do as great a job as Kei-lin or his machine, but he'd try for the right price. And why not? His sword had been the one that had totally disabled him. If he learned his lesson, he wouldn't object to repairing him.
He gave a brief yawn... He really wished he was in battle. He longed to have the fresh, warm blood of his enemy smeared across his blades, his armor... To let the Berserker take over his mind and let him do anything he wanted, no restrictions. The feeling always would appeal to him. Combat was the only thing he took extreme pleasure, at least that was what he enjoyed doing the most. It was what he was good at, hands down, and even it had become boring after so long. Challenges were what he needed.
But he couldn't just at any given time let himself go and give in to the urge to let his anger go. He could, but he couldn't. He was a high-ranking Ancient, especially for his age. He had been given the rank at a young level. He was actually middle-aged, so he had been an Ancient for a long time. That was why he couldn't let himself go. He had a reputation to uphold, so if he just let his insanity take hold, he would be named a Bad Blood.
He shook his head one last time. He didn't want to think so much, it seemed to him that thinking got you killed in a combat situation. If you couldn't do something by just knowing it, not having to think, you were wasting your time in the immediate situation. So, instead, he'd just wait to see if Robocop asked him.[/b] [Post made bold by staff]

Terminator was sort of contemplating whether Stone Heart had just destroyed Skynet's property or not - Robocop wasn't exactly owned by Skynet, he just worked for them. Perhaps it was irrelevant. Robocop helped SKynet sometimes, but his speed was a problem. he was always slowing the others down. And he was disorganized. Terminator just stood in a corner and waited for Kei-Lin to return.
-=-
A while later, Kei-Lin walked in again, carrying what seemed to be an ordinary spear. No one knew he had rigged it to shoot spear tips, as well as acid, at his opponents. Next time Robocop decided to attack, he would be ready, and wouldn't end up being shot for no reason. Kei-Lin set the spear down but made sure it stayed close to him.
Apparently, Terminator hadn't come down on his prices any. Unsurprising - Terminator could do almost whatever he wanted, because if people didn't listen to him, Skynet might send big things on tank treads to their houses.
Kei-Lin sat down at the table and set his spear down on the empty chair next to him. He opened what looked to the non-Yautja beings like some sort of carrying case - it was actually the Yautja's version of a briefcase - and opened it, revealing several intricate mechanical components.
Kei-Lin began to assemble something; no one knew what he was doing behind the lid to the carying case, but everyone knew he was doing something. ince he was a weapons specialist, he wondered if people would think he was building a detonator. Not something I would generally do. I prefer stabbing weapons. The one who builds detonators is Terminator, who often needs to take out entire buildings and doesn't have time to spar against the humans.
Kei-Lin snapped a couple wires into place. He had long enjoyed doing this particular project - building servo motors. He had gotten good at it too, since several extendable/retractable weapons called for the use of servo motors. Including standard combat staffs.
Kei-Lin finished and turned it on to test it. The room was immediately full of high-pitched whirring. Kei-Lin made to turn it off, but dropped the remote that he had programmed the night before to turn the motors with that particular electric frequency off. It had once been intended - several years ago, to be exact - to immobilize Robocop at Kei-Lin's own bidding. But that had failed, since Robocop's electric frequencies remained unknown to Kei-Lin, and he had turned the old project around. Now he could turn off anything he built.
Kei-Lin quickly looked around for the remote but couldn't find it anywhere. He didn't really care - the whir of servos was nothing new to him. Besides, if it's annoying Eet, it's a good thing!

Kei-Lin picked up an open container of hydraulic fluid and threw it at Robocop, coating him in slimy oil. "Stop talking before I come over there and decapitate you!", he said. He had intended to build a small, 3-foot-tall robot that was very strong and carried things around the house for people as a goft to Lara, but he had needed to test the servo motors first, and now, unable to turn one off, he couldn't finish the assembly. It was quite annoying. He hoped Eet was being annoyed by the constant whirring as well.
-=-
Terminator, meanwhile, was contemplating whether or not to repair Robocop. He and Robocop were partners, but he knew that Robocop would just mooch and not pay the bill.
Terminator decided not to budge - Robocop had taken severe damage, but it wasn't critical damage, and it wasn't about to get any worse.
The request to turn the motor off was ridiculous - it was certainly no louder than Robocop's own whirring! Deciding to do nothing, Terminator just stood there, not moving. A human might have thought he was a statue if he hadn't been so obviously real.

Post by Megatron on Dec 17, 2007 19:17:16 GMT -5
Megatron came over, expecting to have a peaceful visit. As soon as he entered, he realized that there was no longer anything peaceful about Lara's house.
Kei-Lin had built a doom machine. Robocop, who was apparently partly disassembled again, was lying in a pile of split hydraulic fluid. Whether it was from his own leakage or from someone's mess was impossible to tell. Terminator was standing in a corner, not doing hid duties as the technician. Someone had left a servo motor, unattended to and still turned on, on the dining room table. There was mud everywhere. The whole room whirred. And it was quite annoying.
Megatron would have turned around and left in utter and complete disgust, but he had to deal with Robocop and make sure Eetie was safe first.
"Terminator, wake up.", Megatron said to Terminator, and slammed him against the wall. The shrinking machine fell out of Megatron's storage kit and activated, shrinking the servo motor into nonexistance. The room was so much nicer without all that whirring.
"Get up and fix Robocop", Megatron shouted at Terminator, "before Lara sees that he leaked hydraulic fluid all over the carpet."
