Since everyone's decided to give moving-out gifts...
Terminator brings Eet an extention cord, a coupon for shark steaks, a small rowboat for when she needs to be alone on the lake, and a packet of tree seeds to shred. Or you can grow them into trees and chop them with the axe in your spare time...

Eet wants to state clearly that she is moving out.Eet's new place is finished enough for her to move into it and spend time fixing the inside

Terminator builds a self-driving steamroller and runs over all the plants. Eet will receive a bill from the Skynet Demolition Crew... Lets see... Eet offered to pay to move any plant life that was her own personal property and instead Term destroyed everything? That is destructionof personal property! If demolition work was done it would have been at the request of the current owners of the property. Bill them!
Eet expects to be compensated for her property which was destroyed after she offered to PAY to have it moved.

Robocop comes over to see what all the fussing is over.
Eet, if the demolition crew did some work for you, you have to pay them.

Although it is correct that workers are due wages accrued, they are due wages paid by their employer. If a worker does work not contracted for (agreed to) the employer is liable. This is Terminator's private business and he clearly messed up. He owes me damages and this is clear under the law in all 50 US states and the 25 countries of the EU.

it's Skynet's business but Terminator is in charge of it.
Eet hired the demolition crew, so she can pay us!
