It's kind of hard to tell, but it would appear he messed up a servo regulator. Hovever, faulty wiring could cause the same motions... as well as a misinterpretation of the electric signals being sent to actuators.

It's a regulator that's driven by a servo motor. And what it does is make something (an actuator, for instance) stop at exactly a certain point, instead of at an approximate point.
So if a servo reguator is messed up, you could have unset, not very well regulated points at which you stop moving, which causes uncontrollable shaking like that.
